Google account Transfer for PTAC Board Members and Committee Chairs

PTAC Board Members

• Outgoing Board Members -  Please finish cleaning up your emails and drives and have your account transferred to your incoming. 
• Incoming Board Members -  Please log in to your PTAC Gmail account. (https://mail.google.com). Please email directory@greenwichptac.org to have your password reset if needed. 

PTAC Committee Co-Chairs

Committee Co-chairs share Google Accounts. You will need to coordinate with your co-chair to get access.

• Committee in which one person is continuing in the role
  • Outgoing Committee Chairs (who have a continuing co-chair) -  you do not need to take any action other than to delete the committee account from your devices.
  • Continuing Committee Chairs -  If you have a new committee chair joining you, please reach out to them and help them access the google account. You will need to be on the phone, text or together to share codes sent by Google to verify the account. 
  • New Committee Chairs (for whom there is a continuing co-chair) - Reach out to the continuing committee chair (use emails on the chart below) and coordinate with them to get you signed in to the account you will share. 
• Committee in which no one is continuing in the role
  • Outgoing Committee Chairs -  (who do not have a continuing co-chair) Please finish cleaning up your emails and drives and let me know when you are ready to have your account transferred to the incoming co-chair. 
  • New Committee Chairs (who do not have a continuing co-chair)-  Please wait for me to send you a password reset email for your account once the outgoing has vacated it. I will send the reset email to one co-chair and then you should coordinate with your co-chair to both sign in. 
• Committees where there is only one chair
  • Outgoing Solo Committee Chairs - Please finish cleaning up your emails and drives and let me know when you are ready to have your account transferred to your incoming. 
  • Incoming Solo Committee Chairs -  Please wait for me to send you a password reset email for your account once the outgoing has vacated it.
